How do I tell which system I have?
There are a number of ways of telling this.
- Look for the main system box. It will usually be mounted on the wall, perhaps stored in a communications cupboard, or room.
- Via keypresses on your handset. Please view this thread in our forum for more information.
- Using the tables below, you can identify the type of handset you use. This will not always tell you exactly which system you are using, as some handsets will work on a variety of systems. However, it can assist our staff in helping you with any problems you may be having, or in repairing your handsets.
