New system installations come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. After this period, a customer has the opportunity to renew this contract with Talking Point and will receive a renewal notice with a discount incentive. Customers who have not dealt with Talking Point before, or who have purchased the system from another company are also welcome to enter a maintenance contract with us, (after the initial service call and possibly a site audit.)
If you choose to take up maintenance with us, we will credit the cost of your service fee towards your maintenance.
