Talking Point can repair your faulty NEC telephone handsets, or swap them with an identical refurbished model, (when available). If you have and faulty handsets, please use the form below.

If you are not covered under a maintenance contract the minimum workshop repair charge
of $90 + GST is applicable to most repairs, if the repair price exceeds $90 + GST you will be
sent a quotation which you can sign and fax back. Freight charges also apply.
